The Phoenix Dream Center is on a mission to stop human trafficking, end childhood hunger, and educate tomorrow's leaders. They accomplish this through residential life recovery programs and community engagement outreach services. They've built programs in residential homes to help foster care age-out youth, and to work with families to prevent children from needing to be removed from homes. This work became one of the largest residential and case management efforts in the state serving over 1,000 families, individuals, and children in the foster care system each year.

The Monthly Fee, Payment Agreement and Cancellation Policy: The monthly Fee is 14.99 each month per individual membership. The membership is not transferrable. Healthy Kitchens, Healthy You Club membership fee will be automatically charged, each month, to the account entered by the participant. Membership can be cancelled at any time.
