Front Office Coordinator:

Our front office team is at the center of our patient experience, often providing the first point of contact, and crucial to high patient satisfaction. The front office coordinator manages the reception area, provides exceptional patient service, coordinates incoming and outgoing calls, mail and manages office supply inventories.

Medical Assistant:

At LifeScape, our medical assistants (MA) provide both direct and indirect care in a clinical setting. They assist the physicians and nurse practitioner with patient exams, monitoring and measuring vital signs, and managing medical histories. The ideal candidate would have two years experience in an outpatient setting and excellent patient service skills.
