Training for Your Centenarian Olympics

I love this concept of training for 100+ years from Dr. Peter Attia, a biohacker we follow who brilliantly researches and spells out the best ways for us to help you optimize your health!

Our goal is to maximize your healthspan – the number of years you live fully, actively, without chronic disease or disability. Ideally, we want none of our patients to outlive their brain, need vascular surgery or dialysis, become diabetic, or endure a heart attack, cancer or stroke. As our nation’s average life-expectancy continues to plummet with the worst “healthy life expectancy” among wealthy nations, we marvel at our patients getting healthier at every age and stage.

So what do you want to be able to do at 100? Lift a toddler? Climb Machu Picchu or keep up with your great grandkids at Disney World? Continue to travel, play sports you love, read and learn, or continue meaningful work?  Share your goals with us and let’s collaborate on your training strategy for 100+ years. It’s never too late to start!

You can learn more about how Dr. Wilder and other experts believe the ‘Centenarian Olympics’ can help you to live longer by reading the following BBC article [here].
