A great shake to boost your energy!
Mint Chocolate Chip Shake
Ingredients:

1 ½ cups almond milk

1 cup spinach

2 tbs cacao powder

¼ tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup mint leaves
-
5 drops liquid stevia, if desired

4 ice cubes
-
1 tbs cacao nibs
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients except ice and cacao nibs. Then add ice and cacao nibs for a few minutes to blend but not completely crush the nibs so they provide texture or ‘crunch’ to the smoothie.
