Hydrating, immune boosting, alkalinizing – a great start to your day!
Immunity Green Drink by Katrine Van Wyk
Ingredients:

1 cup coconut water, Harmless Harvest

2 leaves romaine lettuce
-
½ green apple
-
¼ cucumber
-
¼ avocado
-
½ lemon, peeled
-
½ inch piece fresh ginger
-
½ cup fresh parsley or cilantro (or a blend of the two)
-
Ice cubes if needed
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until combined. Enjoy!
