If You Have an Emergency

The first thing to do is evaluate the seriousness of the condition. If it is life threatening, please dial 911 or go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room. When you arrive, ask them to contact your LifeScape physician.

If the condition is less serious, but you still need guidance, call your physician directly. If you reach us during office hours, our LifeScape Premier coordinator will assist you in reaching the doctor.
